Every customized product is specially handcrafted only for you. Therefore we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

• • Personalized Keychains
• • Any engraved jewellery

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product

Please contact us within 48 Hours after delivery with:

• ✔ Product Photos
• ✔ Packaging Photos

After verification we'll provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

💳 Refund Process

• ✔ Inspection after receiving the product.
• ✔ Refund processed within 5–7 Business Days.
• ✔ Refund credited to original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

If we sent the wrong, damaged or defective product, return shipping is completely FREE.

For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

• Customized Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• Regular products can only be cancelled before dispatch.
