• ✔ Customized jewellery may take 2–5 Business Days to craft before dispatch.
• ✔ Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

You can track your shipment anytime using your tracking number.

As every personalized jewellery piece is handcrafted exclusively for you, production may require additional time before shipping.

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.
