Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, initials, dates, or special text. Simply enter your customization details before placing your order.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Customized jewellery may take 2–5 business days to craft. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

🚚 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes across India.

✨ Can I return customized jewellery?

No. Since personalized jewellery is made exclusively for you, customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

🎁 Does every order come in gift packaging?

Yes! Every Chidi order is packed beautifully, making it perfect for gifting your loved ones.

💎 Will the jewellery fade or tarnish?

Our jewellery is crafted using premium-quality materials. With proper care, it will retain its beauty for a long time. Avoid contact with perfumes, water, and harsh chemicals.

📲 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive your tracking details via SMS and Email.

❤️ Can I cancel my order?

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Regular orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
